An application must be completed for each adult over 18 years of age that will reside at the duplex. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per application. To qualify, verifiable income must be 3 to 4 times monthly rent, have a 600 minimum credit score and pass background check.

One pet maximum (certain breeds are not allowed). Pet must be 20 pounds or less. There is an additional monthly charge of $15 per month plus a $295 non-refundable pet charge for having a pet at the duplex.
