An application must be completed for each adult over 18 years of age that will reside at the duplex. There is a $40 non-refundable charge per application. 600 minimum credit score, verifiable income of 3 to 4 times the monthly rent and background check required.

Renter's insurance required

One pet less than 20 pounds allowed (certain breeds are not permitted and pet must be at least one year old and housebroken). There is an additional monthly charge of $15 per month plus a $295 non-refundable pet charge for having a pet at the property.
